Privacy & cookies
What this website records, why, and how to say no. Short, because there is not much to say.
We do not collect your details
There are no forms on this website. We do not ask for your name, your email address or your phone number, so we are not storing any of it. Every booking is taken over the phone on 01902 40 40 40, and what you tell us on that call is used to do your job and nothing else.
What the website records
Like every website, our server keeps a log of requests: the page opened, the time, the browser used and the IP address it came from. We use it to count how many people visit, which pages they read, and how many tap the phone number. It is not linked to anyone by name and we do not sell or share it.
Cookies
Our own visitor counting uses no cookies at all. The only cookies on this site come from Google, and only if you press Allow on the notice. They let Google Ads tell us whether an advert led to someone ringing us, which is how we decide whether advertising is worth the money.
If you press No thanks, those cookies are never set and the website behaves in exactly the same way. Nothing is withheld and nothing stops working. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser settings, which brings the notice back.
How long we keep it
Server logs are kept for a short period and then overwritten automatically. Google keeps advertising data according to its own retention policy, which you can read on Google's privacy site.
Asking us about your information
You have the right to ask what we hold about you and to ask us to delete it. Ring 01902 40 40 40 and ask for whoever handles data, and we will sort it out. If you are not happy with how we respond you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Ready when you are
Any questions, just ring us.
Someone answers the phone 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
