Airport transfer questions

How much is a taxi from Wolverhampton to Birmingham Airport?
It is a 35 mile run and takes about 45 minutes outside of rush hour. We do not publish fares because the right price depends on your postcode, the time, the number of passengers and the luggage — so ring 01902 40 40 40 and we will give you one fixed, all-inclusive price on the call. That price covers tolls, the airport drop-off charge and your waiting time.
Where will my driver meet me at the airport?
For a standard pickup the driver parks in the short-stay car park and calls you when you're through customs. If you book meet and greet, they will be standing in the arrivals hall with a board showing your name. Either way, parking is included in your fare.
What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
Delays are handled automatically — we re-time the pickup from the live flight data at no extra cost. If a flight is cancelled outright, just give us a ring and we'll move the booking to your new flight or refund it in full.
Do you do very early morning departures?
Constantly. A large share of our airport work leaves Wolverhampton between 2am and 5am. The driver is allocated the night before and will normally be outside five to ten minutes early.
Can I book a return journey at the same time?
Yes, and we would recommend it — return bookings lock in your price and mean you're not hunting for a cab at the taxi rank after a long flight. Give us the return flight number and we'll track that one too.
Do you cover airports outside the ones listed?

How many passengers and bags can you take?
Up to 16 passengers in a single minibus, or we send multiple vehicles that travel in convoy. As a rule of thumb, a saloon takes 4 people and 2 large cases, an MPV 6 people and 4 cases, and an 8 seater 8 people and 8 cases.
